Chef Vito Semeraro was born in Italy and brings his Italian and Mediterranean cooking style to the restaurant at Mosquito Beach in Playa del Carmen. A member of the Square of Culinaria Art of the National Italian Cooks (N.I.C.), Chef Semeraro has worked throughout Italy and has been a medal winner in many of the culinary competitions he participated in throughout Europe. |
Before coming to the Playa del Carmen to take up residence at Mosquito Beach, Chef Semeraro has worked at the Valtur Resort S.P.A., Hotel Sheraton Nicoulaus in Bari; Grand Hotel Brun in Milan; Grando Hotel Baglioni in Florence, and the Hotel Intermonti in Livigno.
